Via Sforza Trattoria ("we", "us") operates viasforza.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. If you contact us through a form on this site, or sign up for our email list, we collect what you enter - typically your name, email address and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. This is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it working properly.

HOW WE USE IT

We use this information to respond to your enquiries, to send our weekly specials email to people who asked for it, and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

SERVICES WE USE

This site is built on Wix, which hosts it and provides its analytics. We use Mailchimp to send our email newsletter, and OpenTable to take reservations. Links to third-party ordering services may take you to those companies' own sites. Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time and we will stop sending.

COOKIES

This site uses cookies to keep it functioning and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.

CHILDREN

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
